24 hour doorman. Elevator. Laundry in the basement.
What is the location like?
74th and Central Park West which is FABULOUS. We (in our totally unbiased opinion) think this apartment is located in the perfect spot in NY. There is a grocery store on our block (and Fairway and Trader Joes--the best grocery stores here--are only three blocks away). We are literally just across the street from Central Park (the closest entrance to us is Strawberry Fields). It is safe and quiet and we have a view of a big tree out of our window. There is a subway stop two blocks away (the A/C line if you are familiar with the subway system). The Natural History Museum is three blocks away. And Patsy's pizza (so good) is on our block as well. We love it here. This is a prime location for the quintessential NY experience.
